If you don’t understand the benefits are factually incredible, I suggest you stock shelves at Target for 20 years and see what it gets you.

Yeah, contribute 3% of your wages, get 50% for life starting at 55 or 80% if you wait till 60. What a travesty.

Ok fair. However you can get a light duty position that can last multiple years.

Let me know what other job offers the ridiculously good health plan (valued at $18,000/yr according to the tax forms) unlimited sick leave, no termination without a hearing, shift differentials, meal allowances, free training for your license and CDL, guaranteed annual raises, and a pension that vest in 5 years, to a punk 18 yo with no work experience and a GED.
It’s hard work at low pay. But jobs that don’t require you to purchase specialized education in advance generally are.

Until they put in their 20 and get pension and free “Cadillac coverage” Heath care for the rest of their life. You’ll never meet so many retired 38 year olds.

Garment district isn’t just Mood and seen-on-tv stores. You need the old dusty disorganized ones, make some chit chat with the owner and and make a deal.
But anyway, There’s a fabric store on a side street in downtown Brooklyn which has bolts and bolts of $1/yd fabric displayed outside and inside everything is in chaotic heaps. Fulton Fabric.
cantcountnoaccount t1_iwv3t38 wrote
No - that doesn’t exist in NyC as far as I know, sellers are savvy and the “flea markets” are looking for high dollar buyers.
But if you poke around the garment/fabric district (8th Ave to 7th Ave, 32nd st to 40th st), there are many small fabric and notion stores, if you are persistent trying different stores and good at haggling you can get some deals on extremely random stuff. Just walk in and ask for off cuts or clearance. Have cash to pay.
Also be willing to leave Manhattan. I believe there’s a big warehouse style Goodwill in Long Island City with everything in unsorted tubs.

Reply to How do medicines like Aspercreme work to relieve nerve or muscle pain if they are topical and not transdermal? by freakydeku
Capasin and menthol ointments are counter irritants. Some of them contain lidocaine, a topical anesthetic (makes your skin feel numb)
Some lineaments and rubs don’t contain a counter irritant. Rather, the action of rubbing it in helps your body remove inflammation or helps loosen a tense muscle. Inflammation causes part of the pain you feel.

Cleopatra was the most famous in the Ptolemaic line. They descend of Ptolemy, who was Greek/Macedonian, and came to rule after Alexander the Great conquered Egypt.
Many people are aware of the relationship between Cleopatra and Roman general Mark Antony, but slightly less known is that she had a son whose father was Julius Caesar.

The 9/11 memorial/museum is probably the largest repository of 9/11 artifacts. Maybe they can help.

I would call them directly and not go solely what they’ve put online.

I do understand OP’s experience but Items that absorb bodily fluids should not be regarded as keepsakes. This is how hoarding starts, with sentimental attachment to garbage.
