Cool. Doesn't really look that different now. PSFS building changed. And buildings can now be taller than the rim of Will Penn's Hat. (that was actually a law)
But from this angle the city just about looks the same then as it does now.

Reply to Elon Musk, who co-founded firm behind ChatGPT, warns A.I. is ‘one of the biggest risks’ to civilization by ethereal3xp
The reason AI is a risk, though, is not because of what he believes.
The reason AI is a true risk, is because people are going to rely on it too much and AI will always make mistakes, many of which are extremely hard to detect, and because it will be used maliciously by a large subet of people.

AI needs to be fed human data to work. Unless something is a simple or 100% consistent rule set (like chess, or a video game) it is NOT going to work.
AI is never going to replace a human lawyer in court.

Reply to RECONSTRUCTION ON I-95 IN PHILADELPHIA WILL PERMANENTLY SHUT DOWN EXIT 27: OFFICIALS by CockercombeTuff
Yesterday, I somehow got up and back from Philadelphia -- Woodhaven to Philly, Philly to Woodhaven with minimal traffic.
I must have hit the lottery.
Normally, no matter what time I go Rush Hour, 1PM, 4AM in the morning there is at least a 30 minute delay.
