no will or anything. was poor, died with some money that was part of settlement for said car crash. Found him dead on the floor the day after my birthday.

I might have fucked up.

I tried - Ouimette and runcie wouldn't work with me on this one. They were great for my father's estate, but because this guy died poor with no real physical assets - I think they wanted nothing to do with it.

> Executors have limited liability

yes and in the case I might be liable. however their filing being nearly 2 years after his death at the brink of closing out the estate is bad form on their behalf.

I never liked UVM med. charging someone $400 for a wheel chair rental for an hour is fucking stupid.

I am waiting to see here what happens with medicaid, they were supposed to pay the bill 2 years ago.

I am the executor. I might be liable cause I fucked up some shit with the estate. The deceased owes me A LOT of money for damages to the dwelling, cig smoke, broken flooring, improper shower install, and also dying on the floor. So I need to recoup those costs in their entirety.

as it stands, I have paid for his cremation, funeral, and other stuff, I have been reimbursed. But the house stuff I cant shake on. Medicaid failed to pay this bill when he was alive and it might be passed the window for it to be paid off via medicaid. So this is a fun situation.

Well bravelittlestate, I'll just share this horror story here:

When I was in my mid 20's I met a tinderella. She was nice, not once did we talk anything about our height and or weight. Everything went fine, met up for a date.

When we got to dinner, I stood up to meet her, she was about 5'2, probably 110 lbs. Well when I stood up, she immediately said - I can't do this. I asked why - she said that she can't date men that are under 6 foot. Then I said - well that's ok, you told me everything I needed to know, and said have a nice day.

for reference I am 5'9 / 5'10 on a good day. People are fucking vapid.

most of the time this will hit you for 24-48 hours.

Here's what I suggest if you haven't already:

treat your symptoms! if you have a fever, use a fever reducer, make sure you are getting fluids, and if you're having a hard time keeping them down, use pedialite - that'll help keep you going.

Also - be sure to keep things tidy and clean, reinfection can happen! clean up after yourself, and be sure to keep your hands as clean as possible.

The amount of time you've been sick is out of the ordinary - I would highly suggest contacting your PCP or any healthcare professional as you might be experiencing something else entirely.

That's a realtor that's hired at a brokerage - not just some jackass off the street with a finished Randy Mayhew class and realestate license.

You want an Agent that has industry contacts and an ear to the ground - you need to go with an agent that is a member of a brokerage.

Well unless you're using someone from 72 sold, you're likely not going to get much good recon on the market. From what I understand they are going to be signing some new sellers soon.

Can't sell what doesn't exist.

Inventory is at an all time low! cash offers from flatlanders are the new hip thing. Unless you're prequalified w/ financing - they wont talk to you.
