Absolutely! As a driver I know that I psychologically stop where the cars stop. This is why cars are supposed to be 15' from the corner.

In the above scenario, it's far too easy to think the stop sign is past the cars which would put you in the crosswalk/intersection.

No it's not.

Look at Boston, NYC, DC, etc. They don't have this problem. It's a Philadelphia-only problem because "it's always been like this."

The above attitude is why Philly falls behind the rest of the Northeast.

Because the people that lived here in 1975 still live here, lived here through the 00s, and feel entitled.

To some degree, I get it, but the city could be better if change occurred.

Shit, as an employer it's bad.

The state mails you a letter on a date. You're lucky if you get that letter 4 days after the date written on the letter. You then have seven (7) days to mail it back to them. Well fuck, you lost me 4 days. I need 1-2 days to answer. Then I need 2-3 days to mail it back...

That's absolute bullshit.
