I saw it in person for the first time recently and tbh it looks fine from the ground. Seeing it from a higher angle with those drone shots really didn't do it justice.

It was also super cool being able to walk under the statue so it was as if you were in the embrace too.

Next time you visit I would suggest going to Quincy Market and taking a walk down the Greenway. Growing up and visiting the city every year or so these were always my favorite, and now that I live here they're still super fun to visit from time to time
