Both are available but I used a website to show me what options are available at the residence and it gave me Earthlink as the fiber option. I found the other two and they are available without modem rental. I'm moving to Cheshire next month and will see which option is best once I'm at the home.

I have my own router but would like to not pay the monthly fee of renting the modem.

Funny enough I grew up in Pembroke Pines and planning to move to Cheshire next month. Rent/homes are too pricey and I love the "country" type of homes
