Need a salvage inspection. The only place they do that right now is Wethersfield DMV. And for the love of god do not drive it there, tow it. You’ll be in trouble if you drive it. It will not make the inspector happy. And you want them to be happy.

To do the test they need a place on the DMV database to put the results. You need to get temp plates for them to do the test. Once done you can get your perm plates.

And most of the destroyed houses are near the coast. The coast, regardless of where is going to have multi million dollar homes. They don’t need to be massive mansions. It’s about location.

Was not a big fan of the game play, or lack there of. It was like 10 min of cut scenes with 2 min of game play. Maybe it changes later on in the game but it turned me off pretty quickly.
