If there’s any solar or wind in Michigan it’s already incorporated. Hydro storage serves the same purpose whether the grid is renewable or not, it’s just a lot more necessary with more renewables on the grid.

We definitely track where they go, maybe not where they are when they’re deep underwater, but individuals can be tracked as they migrate between eastern Canada, Europe, gulf coast, etc.
Edit: some of these tags also measure depth, so it’s pretty safe to say we know where they go.

Right, but they may self identify on the census, which would explain a large increase of native ancestry on the census.
