This wasn’t the AGC, it was the GBCA, which is the local trade organization for union-labor contractors in the Philadelphia area. Philly is one of, if not the, strongest union labor cities in the country. Having a decent relationship with building trades and their employers is a big component of leading the city of Philadelphia imo.

C’mon man, you’re being really aggressive about this. It’s not out of the question that someone with little knowledge of cars, especially coming from a state that possibly doesn’t even have yearly inspections, would be worried about rust and PA’s arcane inspection requirements.

This is a Reddit forum, it’s not like this guy slapped a sandwich out of you hand and forced you to answer this question or something.

I can’t really blame Rozzi for using this tactic. He’s been fighting for this litigation window for victims of child sex abuse for years, and each time those measures have been stymied by interest groups, typically the Catholic Church, despite apparent widespread support among legislators. This is likely the only way to ensure this amendment actually passes this time around.
