That’s going to depend on the concentration of the corrosive electrolytes, and even then a small voltage can still result in serious corrosion over time.

For a process like this you’d need to have data from studies (like clinical trials) to compare against. You couldn’t a priori take an arbitrary drug and back calculate. For instance, some drugs require a biotransformation to become reactive. Some may be bound and metabolized in a certain organ, and still others may have a short half life.

Have you considered the food industry? There are lots of opportunities in all kinds of technologies (plant based meat! Plant based dairy!) and people will continue to eat food they don’t grow themselves.

Depends on the structure, and their solubility. Do you have a true alloy or just a mix of pockets of one material inside the other?
