They strike anyway and prosecutors don't investigate and charge those illegal strikes. We should just give them the right to strike. It's just matching the law with reality. A short waiting or negotiation period might be appropriate so strikebreakers could be hired, since those services are essential.

It won't really do anything because the powers that be will repeal or amend it either on the effective date or shortly thereafter. They are not prohibited from doing so, although their political opponents (if any) will use that against them every election thereafter.
Even under a Republican governor, the assembly could easily do anything on which there was broad agreement among leaders, even over the governor's objection.

High school diploma or GED. You would want someone who needs a GED to attend a GED-focused program.

Affordable housing is a problem too. Tear down that abandoned building or convert it to units that are like these or maybe a little smaller. That regular people can actually afford! It's like people who are not wealthy are second class citizens or somehow undesirables.

Could be summarized as classist or possibly racist. What they are saying is not fact-based. It's most likely based on preconceived notions, i.e., classism or racism.

I click search and nothing happens. Sometimes the prohibition symbol appears (🚫) but after you've filled in something it no longer appears when you hover over the search button. Even after it's gone, nothing happens when you click search.

How much for orchiectomy (removal of one testicle and its associated parts) at CHA Cambridge hospital? I cannot run this query. PEBKAC? What am I doing wrong?
How much for general anesthesia?

Emissions are global (what anyone burns affects everyone worldwide) and global emissions won't peak until 2030 according to estimates. Emissions have already peaked and are now falling in the US. That has localized effects on public health but won't help climate change.

Their strategy certainly won't win the state, but the real purpose is to raise funds for candidates in other states. For example, Diehl took public campaign funds, and isn't running TV ads. I couldn't say whether traditional Republican or radical Republican is better for fundraising but it's clear which they're going with.

At least they Robin Hood the school funding somewhat. People complain about it but it's better than states where property value equals school funding. Which is most states.

I'm more concerned about misinformation. Nothing is gained when misinformed people speak, and it might be harmful. Let's say nothing of people who speak in order to misinform leaders, to achieve their policy objective.
In some of the rural western states, people got library closures (they wanted) because certain children's books (they were rarely even novels for adults and older children) were present in the library.
