I get it now. Thank you. It's true. We have no choice but to live in the material world. BUT... we should realize its limitations. Material possessions will only take you so far, and then after that mental and spiritual needs must be addressed.

Interesting delayed rebuttal. All I will say is: good for you for thinking it through and achieving a solid position. One person's bad advice might be another's good advice. Peace, yo! And I do mean that.

No, op didn't say yoga teacher said fuck everybody. You said that off on your tangent and it's an extreme take. The yoga teacher was saying to be more concerned about your own perceptions than being fixated on guessing the perceptions of others. Sage advice. But I do agree that we are bound by moral decency to care about others. Truly self centered people are the bane of existence. On that, we agree.

Honestly, computer hardware and software are so temperamental that there are thousands of points of failure. If Skynet tries to take over, it will be some kind of organic lubricant that comes from one guy's farm in Bangladesh. Call him up and tell him to burn everything in his warehouse and the whole AI takeover comes crashing down. Computers are whiny little babies.

Thanks for clarifying. Saying someone is a drag queen implies performer. A trans person is living their life. It's an understandable mistake, given the venue and circumstances, but a mistake nonetheless.

And he's really hurting about it. The interview with John Berman on AC360 was heart-wrenching. It's such a tragedy on all levels. I feel sad for the country, not dealing with its issues proactively and like an extended family, which is what we are.

Little known fact is that local governments restrict grape growers on where they can plant, based on water use and how much they sculpt the land. While opportunistic, growers are also seriously handcuffed.
