Is Gaia & Loki more on the heavy/greasy side, or fresh/light/healthy? (Absolutely no hate on the heavy/greasy veg, just need to be in the mood for it.)

Yes! I love them. Quick, easy, and they are so kind. They have the flu and Covid vax for kids, too.

Not a museum but a ferry ride away https://www.seaglasscarousel.nyc/
Which have you tried that have been closed post-Covid? (Just curious.)

Any trip into NYC (tons of museums, some geared toward that age) becomes a 2-for-1 deal with the PATH ride that’s usually equally as exciting to them.

You don’t need to show ID to vote. (Unless you're voting for the first-time in your county, or registered to vote by mail and didn't provide an ID number or copy of ID when you registered.)

There are orgs that help people (often elderly, but not just) get to the polls. I’ve volunteered to do it in the past, though now I can’t remember the name of the group. Maybe she’d feel better if someone went with her?
(But to answer your question, I’m not anticipating problems.)

It can be hard to meet people as an adult. It’s not just you. Things that have helped me: volunteering, meeting other dog owners, taking classes. With activities like that, you have something in common from the start and it’s easier to start a conversation.

Maybe the city’s Landlord/Tenant relations could help, as a start. An infestation that bad could be a health/safety issue. (In the meantime of you saving and finding a new place.)
