Im not 100% sure if this is the case with motorcycles, but in PA vehicles are not subject to property taxes, while in VA they are. I moved from VA to PA in 2020, and I had to pay taxes on my vehicle for the few months out of 2020 it was still registered in VA. Again, not certain if it applies to motorcycles, but you might want to wait and register in PA just to avoid the taxes.
