vague complaining with no solutions. wants money but doesnt want gentrification. wants derelict properties taken from some people but doesnt want them taken from others
so whats the line where I no longer have to take care of my property and can expect someone else to pay for lawn services/repairs? when am i no longer responsible for trash everywhere on my property?

No. Tax sale wipes them out. These are properties where if there was a mortgage the mortgage holder said im sick of paying this persons taxes and let it go.
These funds are purely unclaimed because the people they are owed to can’t be bothered to ask for them. Much like they couldn’t be bothered to pay their taxes.

start the formal court rent escrow process so all your rent starts going into the court rent escrow system, and your landlord won’t be able to get paid until they address the issues
