The majority of those aren’t upscale. Tambo, Pier 6, Russel House, Puritan, branch line, Pagu, Yvonne’s, Porto, Darryl’s, Lincoln, blossom bar, table, Bowery bar are all extremely lively. I don’t see any claiming you need 150, just that they CAN. Most cite smaller numbers
Other very lively places I know with private spaces are committee, Lolita, empire, and Mariel

You don’t sue the individual. It’s going to be their insurance company suing his, especially if they need long/short term disability and a personal injury lawyer representing any of the victims would be suing their insurance and undoubtedly Apple plus the shopping center ownership

Apple could absolutely be sued. All safety laws exist because someone died and was sued for it. Especially in a town like hingham where people can afford lawyers, I have no doubt an argument could be made about the negligence of entirely glass walls

This 5 star insanely nice hotel in the hamptons is doing a special where if you stay for 5 nights, Sunday-Friday then the room is only $100 a night. So $500 for five nights. An absolutely insane deal, it’s like a $1500 a night in the summer

If you want something close go to the Lark Hotels website. They have spots all over New England, literally name a quintessential town it’s there. The prices are reasonable compared to the competition and every hotel is GORGEOUS. You can search all of their locations at one if you pick a date to compare prices etc

Reply to comment by Toiretachi in For people that bought single family homes in Boston or adjacent suburbs since last summer, how much are you paying per month in mortgage, taxes, insurance? by Bostonosaurus
You can get a mortgage that includes money for renovations, so it’s one payment lumped into your mortgage. Like the Fannie Mae HomeStyle Removation mortgage for example. Or an FHA 203k loan is for first time home buyers that includes reno, though there’s a lot of hoops you have to jump through for those since it’s a government program and needs HUD approval

They said it won’t be TRASH. That they must be recycled. So the city could still pick them up, they’d just have to change what they did with them
There’s a link in the article that shows all the towns who already do this. Boston could become one

The entire even side of Comm Ave is public. So if your back is to the reservoir that’s the right side of the street. No resident sticker required. However the odd side DOES require resident sticker
