The gusts are likely to cause outages in areas prone to them, however, this isn’t Texas and DE maintains the infrastructure so that it still works in cold temperatures. It would still be in everyone’s best interest to be prepared for an outage just in case, but as another commenter said, if you’re seeing a lot of trucks it means they’re ready to restore power as quickly as they can.

We brought home a new kitten yesterday! Her older brothers are saying some pretty rude things to her, but she doesn’t give a shit. I think one of them will be over it by tonight, though. The other might need a few more days.

I commute about 20 miles two days a week. I try to leave by 7:00 so I can go home around 16:00, otherwise the bryan park interchange is a pain.

I’m excited to see some friends from out of town and then Taylor Tomlinson on Friday night!

Another for City Stadium Runners. On hiatus until the second Saturday in December, as most of them are doing marathon or half marathon training/HMTT needs the space we meet in for parking. All skill levels. TONS of run/walkers and usually a handful of walkers.
