Blame AAA for that. There’s two divisions of AAA. One of them wanted to only perform services for AAA members. When they were told they had to do it for everyone, they dropped out

I saw Elvis Costello doing all of Imperial Bedroom, though I’m not sure he did it all in order, just made sure to do all the songs every night.
I saw the Who do Quadrophenia, and saw the Tubes doing the Completion Backward Principle. Steely Dan did a tour a few years back with multiple nights in the same city and a different album each night. Missed that one

You can transfer an out of state license up to two years from the expiration date, so you should be fine

You have to go in every other renewal
