Thanks! I was able to find practice tests on the DMV app and they are pretty straightforward.

Yeah, I did find CTroads.org, but it doesn't talk about ice conditions. Also, I'd be driving back here tonight.

I had the same issue. I ended up locking in at 15.7 cents. I submitted the application on Friday, 11/18.
