Underhill but I used to get the same channels in Burlington. You might have to put something up in your attic

I point my $10 Walmart antenna at mansfield and get ~30 channels. All the major networks and their Ota partners.

Heating mostly with natural gas and supplement with a wood stove mostly for ambiance out in Underhill. We keep the heat at ~70 and I haven't had a bill over $120 / month yet. 1800 sf home - reasonably well insulated with dual pane windows.
I think a heat pump is good for folks that live where you can't get VGS. But otherwise LNG is far more cost efficient in this state. If anything, the heat pumps best usage for me would be for air conditioning.

Underhill. Natural gas is about 1/3 the equivalent price of oil. Natural gas is regulated by the state of Vermont. If VGS wants to raise rates, the state has to approve it.

That said, my house is well insulated, I have no tall ceilings, and I do have pretty good windows

Man I feel extremely lucky reading all these posts. We are far away from town, but somehow still have natural gas. We also have a wood stove but I only run it 2-3 days a week in the depths of winter. Natural gas averages us about ~$150 / month and I pay $225 for 1 cord that let's us enjoy wood heat on the cold days. 1800 sf home.

Doug at ski rack is a pro. I had instaprint insoles done for my lupos a few years ago and it's completely changed my skiing for the better. Highly recommend!
