they do but the amount you have to put into the system vs what they pay is way too low and it only applies to actual energy usage not fees so even if I produce enough power to cover my entire bill it will not cover the fees portion. say I generate 100 bucks worth of extra electric a month and my actual electric charges are 50 it will only cover that portion

I've tried to get solar a few times and it's always way more expensive than traditional energy. my house faces due north so the backside faces due south which is perfect and I have zero shade over my house and with the cost of the panels and roof I would lose out over any period of time. confirmed by the solar companies

it's funny cause while I hate it as well I also hate the idea of the state telling people what they can and can't make money off of just as much. imagine them telling regular people they can't sell their car for a profit within 2 years or something dumb... id love to stop all the apartment type buying but id also hate to open pandoras box

rightttttttt cause my school district average salary is 61k and the highest is 175k. there are 102 teachers and even if we just take the 61k times 102 teachers that 6.7 million. my township also has like 20 cops and they even with "extra pay" made 1.7 million....

if teachers were paid like cops then it would be like 12 million in my township for teachers.

just because an average is lower than what you think and big mean cops are over paid. it's really just numbers.

here's the issue. none if those laws mean anything if they don't catch anyone. laws are pointless if they cannot be enforced and when defunding police or not hiring more patrol officers nothing changes.

You can make the penalty death and nothing will change unless you patrol more and catch more popel

look up la Nina weather pattern. we have been in this pattern for 3 years and these are the typical results for it. don't worry we will swing back the other way in the future and get dumped on

I agree with you and I'm glad you care, but for philly it does appear more people don't care about others and start shit when ppa and ppd try and do their jobs so here we are. I wish they would tow every single car not parked and fine them and hold them accountable.... but you you think that the people would just accept it and pay their fines.... no shot
