Yup, I’m a big fan of Minnesota ave, Kenilworth, and good hope as well.

I looked at some condos on cathedral ave, beautiful but it seemed so remote

I’ve always found the houses in the middle of rock creek park intriguing, some definitely have a more futuristic style.

Big city departments are a whole different beast than SOs or local LE. It’s frustrating because you will see the same people doing the same things again and again.

Yeah not much of a market, I been a member at colosseum for 11 years and it’s a good hour sometimes two from where I’m at.
