Not sure what I have on my Jaguar but after 3+ years or so they still work very well. Probably Bosch or something. I will probably replace them soon enough or at least if they rip or something. I need new washer jets really, there are some aftermarket ones that are a good improvement.

I leave mine on the radiator for a couple of days every few weeks or so. I know some people say you shouldn't do that but I have been doing it for years and never had any problems. Just helps to keep mold away from inside the boot in my experience and the boots feel nicer inside and out.

I have some Italian wool gloves that I wear under just some yellow work gloves. The wool gloves are thin but comfy, just means I can replace the work gloves for cheap but keep the wool liners.

It took me a long time to find a really deep desk for my PC but I foun dit years ago on Amazon. They don't sell it anymore, I do play to replace the top with a nice solid wood top and lower the height of the desk with a grinder and welder at some point as well. Most desks aren't very deep so it was always cramped with a couple of monitors and a big PC case, amp and speakers.

First picture is the Bulgarian greatcoat, they are rather nice although will need to be aired out because they nearly all where stored with moth deterants which smell a lot. A good wool lanolin agent will help get rid of the rough nature of the wool they used. I have a small collection of military greatcoats, Finish officers greatcoat is one of my nicest if you can even find one for sale. British greatcoat from WW2 is also very nice but those are mostly heavily worn these days. The warmest is a Russian bekasha/tulip sheepskin coat. Not sure if you can even get them anymore because well of recent events but those coats are good to any temperature on Earth or any wind condition.

Polish greatcoats are very similar to British ones but are in better shape generally speaking and cheaper. Any of the European style greatcoats are all pretty good though, Austrian ones are a bit thin but they are still nice.

For new coats this is probably the best value for money you can get if you want a new greatcoat. https://www.varusteleka.com/en/product/sarma-wool-coat/61689

It's called a chef's knife. It was the one knife I used more then anything, I even used it to remove skin from fish. It's not optimal but with a little practice it's no problem. Much easier and quicker to just sharpen one knife then have to keep 6 sharp. Mine is a wusthof classic, 20cm I think.

As long as you can replace the battery in a smartphone you should be good for a long time. It's the battery that always seems to die before anything else, at least in my experience. And modern lithium ion batteries seem to bloat more then older lithium ion batteries in my experience. I still have my old GBA SP battery in my SP and although the battery isn't the same capacity as it once was it hasn't bloated like every modern phone battery or mobile device seems to do these days. I assume it's the increased capacity and density?

Obviously try not to drop you're phone on the floor all the time and it will last a good while.

There are still really good music players out there. XDuoo made some really nice stuff but they seem to be pulling out because they are removing models from their website. I think I paid £80 for my X3. I wanted to upgrade to the X3II but it's been removed now. My X3 is still going strong and the battery can be repalaced if it dies.

We have a Bosch drill that says made in West Germany written on it. Still works fine, it drills into brick and concrete faster then the modern battery ones I have used from Black and Decker. You just have ot make sure you don't burn out the motor because it starts to smoke if you are on it for too long.

And

For practical wear. It's very easy to adapt any trouser to work with either of these, for the smart ones you just need two buttons either side and the back, for the practical ones you just need a loop either side.

Austrian heavy field boots, they aren't too heavy but protect you're feet very well. The soles are designed for mountains so they have very good traction on wet rocks. The compound is very good and grippy, not come across a better compound in my life. I get mine as surplus for £40 but they still make them new, made by Steinkogler. You need to shop around a bit to find them for sale but I have a link here to get them new. http://www.militarypartner.com/Jagd-oxid-2/Schuhe-Stiefel/Feldschuh-schwer-Marke-Steinkogler.html
