We have to change hiring and extend training to 3 years. We also need to scrap our current curriculum at the police academies. We also need to reduce the responsibilities of the police and starting with no traffic stop. We have other means to deal with traffic violations. We need to start early retirement of veteran police officer starting with command. This process to may take multiple generations.

If you’re respectful, follow the rules and have your paperwork in order the people at the MVS are great. Look and listen to some of the interactions there. MVS people need counseling afterwards.
