for NYC one of the buildings was twitter and the other ones were older buildings

in NYC all the older buildings are going bankrupt and companies are coming to newer offices with hotel seating. the older buildings are hard to run ethernet, wifi and other modern tech in and the newer ones are built with new tech in mind along with more natural light

me and a bunch of people do 75mph on the pallisades. if I don't feel like driving that fast I just move to the right lane to let others pass me on the left

for too many cars, they got rid of rail and now those people drive. some people are against transit but then complaining about too many cars

I remember at least one spring in NYC where it got to like 70 and the trees had the leaves come out and then it went back to freezing

classic NY and NYC they wanted something built, someone else to pay for it and get the financial benefits themselves. just like East Side Access. 3 times the original estimates which were a lie and now they are trying to get congestion pricing to pay the bonds for that
