Not much to say, it's a United hub, airport is fine I guess (some people hate it) but that Amtrak is pretty convenient especially from New Haven.

Protip for Pepe's: the smaller white building towards the back of the parking lot to the left of the brick building that is closer to the street is called The Spot and it's the original location. Some people even like it better. But it's also Pepe's and the line is often shorter.

Ah the Sbarro on the lower level of New Haven’s Union Station is like taking a step into Naples. Best pizza in New Haven imo.

When Mamoun’s is on point it’s great. When it’s not it is real bad. Kind of a low floor high ceiling type place. Also helps if it’s later in the evening and you’ve had a few.

Was going to say this but I honestly don’t know if it’s unapologetically authentic. Also I gotta say that the quality there varies WILDLY from visit to visit, for me at least.

Wine Thief is good, so is Spirits of Madison (next to Stop and Shop) and if you’re ever in North Madison, North Madison Wine and Spirits is great too (next to Roberts at intersection of rtes 79 and 80)
