It doesn't exist. You'll need to:
- Buy
- Share a 2-3 bedroom
- Rent 2 apartments in the same facility
- Move out of state

Time travel to 2012. The inner south shore. I’ve 4x my income and refinanced, quality of life is a wash.

Don’t. I come from a large family of MA educators. They are miserable, poorly paid and riding it out till retirement.

Exactly.
I’m not raising factory workers. I want my kids to learn how they learn best, to find their passions through learning and be allowed to be themselves— not be placed in a box and be told who they are by their peers.

Many in outpatient start as inpatient. Outpatient is to continue the treatment they received inpatient.

They are niche, and expensive- eg there’s a place in near me that has gluten-free menu items. This guys wants to go cheep. Unless he can beat Cumbies price or quality, he won’t do well.

There’s your problem. Bigger house: more expensive to heat, cool, clean and maintain.

Southeastern MA is an over saturated market. You’ll compete with: Dunks, Cumbies, HoneyDew, Starbucks, McDonalds and MaryLou’s.
Brand loyalty is STRONG here.
You need a game changing differentiator with very few communities with your target demographic.
Few ideas: Bridgewater, Norton, Easton.

Ahh. You’re right. But putting in 20 years to reach 100k is stupid. Get an engineering degree and make that after 2 years and double that after 10-15.
