I don’t think it’s just a one time fee though. I got one 4 years ago without reading the fine print and a few months later my registration renewal came due and it was something like $100 more just because I had vanity plates. Changed them back to the normal plates so I didn’t have to pay the increased renewal fee.

Grew up in Minnesota and had less than one snow day a year. A foot of snow? No problem, the snow plowing operations are world class and all the streets will be cleared. –20° windchill? Better layer up because that accounts for a quarter of the days in January! It took full a full whiteout blizzard or colder than –50° windchill during school hours for school to be canceled. Kids these days smh lol

Edit I was half asleep when I wrote this and it’s only a half serious comment so everyone can just calm down, and also I thought this was for all of RI, not just Providence so this is fair

I’m curious if anyone has any ideas. I’ve had no issues myself. In fact, my October (November bill) usage was over 40% less than last years at only 132 kWh and my gas was barely over the summer baseline. Small 2Br 1 Bath 1100sqft house. Your usage is about what I was using in the summer with at least one window AC on almost all the time.

Politelli Family Dental in Warwick is great! I never had needed a dentist for anything but cleanings, but when I cracked a tooth earlier this year, I called my previous (very highly rated on Google) dentist who said the soonest appointment to be seen was ten days out, and then they’d have to schedule another appointment after that to actually have it fixed. Way too long IMO, but Politelli got me in same-day and then got it fixed just two days later. I’ve had nothing but a great experience with them since then, and they seem to have plenty availability.
