You’re fighting an uphill battle. Dealing with the symptoms of minimal sleep will never be as effective as addressing the underlying issue.

I suggest the following:

Exercise 4-6 hours before you want to fall asleep. Only lay on your bed when going to sleep. Instead of counting sheep or thinking about anything, practice taking deep breaths, as many as are necessary. Quit caffeinated beverages 8-12 hours before bed.

Best of luck

I feel bad for being sarcastic now.

If your account is negative you shouldn’t be going places that expect/require a tip. But you know this.

While it’s courageous to consistently tip and encourage others to do so…. Employers should really pay a fair wage, pushing them and lawmakers to do so is really the only way to change the system.

Sadly, in the US the system is designed to profit off the masses and keep many of us struggling.

My LPT for you is to do your best to keep being your best.

Choking occurs when food destined for your esophagus lodges in your trachea. Drinking will go to your esophagus. If you do manage to get water in your trachea with the food… I’m not sure that’s better.
