Thank you! This is helpful. We’ve had stuff like this happen so many times. It’s so frustrating because this is our only property, it’s literally attached to our own home, and we are never late on this kind of stuff. It shouldn’t be so hard to manage!

Definitely don’t try to navigate it on your own. Many buildings are in complete disrepair, with the floors and stairs caved in.

Also not to be dramatic, but I went a few times when I was younger for ghost hunting stuff thinking we would hear a few bumps in the night at most. That place is no joke. You don’t want to wander around there without someone who knows what they are doing.

I’ve been to both. Same type of Korean spa, but King Spa is just larger. Island is great as well, just slightly smaller.

I will say most of the running groups get beers after 😏 but that is a good point! They can save these for their late 20s when the hangovers get worse lol

I had a lot of luck joining a bocce league in my mid 20s. I later joined a very casual running group and met my best friends who are now my extended family well into my 30s. There’s a walking group for women called “Philly girls who walk” which looks pretty cool. I’d also suggest taking a class like ones offered at Philly cheese school; worst case scenario you learn about cheese!

Sling has it and they are doing a promo of like $18/month for the first month.

Across the river, Tonewood in Oaklyn is wonderful. I also love Double Nickel in Pennsauken.
