I bought a house when I was making $18 an hour a few years ago, it was $245k at the time on an acre of land. I worked about 50hrs a week on average and anything over 40 was time and a half. I don't think I could afford the same house even at that price with the increased interest rate.

Well it's certainly got gorgeous architecture, feels off to me as well though. Maybe I'll check out the seasonal walk on 2/04.

It helps to know where you are located but I use members first FCU in wallingford. I started with them because my dealership connected me to them for a 2.9% used car loan back in 2016 and I've stuck with them since with really nice service.

Probably just feel bad for the pharmacists who are already stretched beyond thin, it's not like cvs or rite aid actually care about them or the techs. Constantly dealing with angry customers, insurance companies denying medications, and having to tell people their live saving medication isn't covered really mentally wears a person down.

I'd be interested in following for sure, can't add much at the moment since I'm still in the process of buying more land for stuff like this but hopefully within a year I'll have multiple acres to do what I want with.
