Can you take a screenshot of a map or something to show where it is? I'm not far from there. I just saw this vid on reddit where someone attached a laundry basket to a long rope slung over a branch like a pulley system.... I'm no engineer, but i have a rope and a laundry basket

You can search for a cat group (in ne, it's ne philly advocats on fb) or acct to help with a carrier. Take it to any vet or pet place to scan for a chip. If it's not chipped, you can get it to acct for trap-neuter-release- they'll give it shots, etc too.
We have a handful of tnr cats in our neighborhood that are living long happy lives with scraps from neighbors and easy winter huts you can make with a Rubbermaid tote
