Thank you, I’ve tried but I can’t help to think that they’re resenting me… I know it’s selfish

This is great advice and I do thank you for this, however, I don’t think they have the same mindset as we do about self-development and being a better version of ourselves. I think this would perceived as an “attack” and be even more toxic and spread bs that’s why I am trying to quiet quit and avoid confrontation.

That would be great but what’s the expected outcome in your point of view?
