Jerry is widely known to be the reason behind all of the terrible hiring and firing decisions. He’s the one who gave Zeke and Dak way more than they were ever worth, which led to us loosing Cooper. He’s micromanaged the cowboys ever since Jimmy Johnson took his spotlight and made the Cowboys a Super Bowl team 30 years ago. When he dies, there’s a significant chance we see the cowboys actually have a good year in football.

I get where everyone is coming from and I agree I like the interpretation of them to have wings, but let’s be real here. The text is very clearly stating that the darkness that the Balrog creates is similar to outstretched wings blocking the light. It’s not saying the demon itself literally has wings, just using a simile to describe it. I’ve always interpreted it similar to how Gandalf creates shadows when confronting Bilbo about the ring in the movie. He’s not actually blocking out the light with his body, his presence and power are absorbing the light to appear more threatening.

People are downvoting you because you are doing what Mackie was arguing against. You’re taking things that are not explicitly gay (I.e. two men being close as friends) and turning it into them potentially being gay. The issue is that those tropes are seen as explicitly romantic when it should be instead viewed as intimate instead.
