You won't be the best but if you properly practice anything, even out of your league, you won't be terrible either.

It's a difference between whether others outclass you or you outclass others. If you put in the work, you can do anything at some level.

Sure, you want to find out what you can do best and work to get to said best. But not everyone is lucky enough, some just need to take what they can do and optimize that.

For me the watch vibration is intense enough that it's basically impossible for me to ignore unless I'm literally knocked out/passed out/not getting enough oxygen to my brain. The alarm one can be distracting outright (so I don't use it during the day unless absolutely necessary).

Maybe I'm just explicitly sensitive to the vibration or something. Idk.

For me the alarm on the iPhone is still inconsistent but thankfully it rings on my Apple Watch which IS consistent. I haven't had issues with the alarm on my AW, but if I left iPhone and only iPhone I feel like I've had issues myself with that.

Both sleep focus and regular alarms (I use both as I wake up way too slow) work fine with the watch. But I feel like if I didn't have it I 100% WOULD miss alarms.

I just use GBoard to have it work decently. I don't give a fuck about the regular iOS keyboard with which I'm only...entering passwords from my password manager (Keychain)

The blocking will only prevent the phone from connecting to any cellular network. It will not stop it from working like an iPod Touch (smart functions and Wi-Fi/Bluetooth/..., as in everything that doesn't involve cellular)

I have had literally the other day a course on communication, which talks about assertive vs aggressive vs passive/submissive vs passive-aggressive. The assertive one, which is the one you should have in most situations, is one where you consider yourself fine AND the person you're talking to as fine, like a sort of equal in this (we both have our good and bad, and I'm fine with that).

This feels like a hint towards the same.

My iPhone 13 gets hot if I keep it running games in the foreground for like 30 minutes, in the Apple official silicon case. It takes its time cooling down after that.

A bit of mobile data + GPS or anything else that uses up battery quickly will cause it to heat up. What's your battery life really?

Try regular reboot and hard reboot (hard reboot is mentioned in a different top level comment already) to exclude software glitches. If the issue persists or if it's visible on the Apple logo screen you may have to service the phone. Check your coverage, phone might still be new enough for warranty or Apple Care to work.

Well yes but doing it for a single dead pixel is too expensive even for Apple. Well, kinda (individual representatives MIGHT choose to do it anyway for you, but no guarantees; it's probably fine if the store has a good profit that day for example)
