That is an incredible tool! Looks like I need to make sure "St. John Telephone, Inc." which I believe is AKA "Colfax Cable" does have a fiber optic line to the building. It's at least within their coverage.

Thanks, I'll post this over there. But uh oh, is Colfax considered pretty rural? There's practically no cat friendly houses for rent in Pullman right now.
