If the game asks that from me in grinding hours for unlocks, if the game wants to be my full-time job, I think I'm justified in calling this unreasonable and buying a different game. by AmeSame5654
I have a bunch of games i wouldove to play but they dont fit my lifestyle. I dont have 2hour stretches that i can play. I am limited to 30min stints here and there. So i have to choose games that fit that style. What gets to people, myself included, is when people use cheats and mods online and screw everyone elses good time. If you dont have time to do the grind like everyone else then dont but/play that game online.

well you could....but you are probably asking for trouble down the line. There are usually two ways to do things, the right way and then the other way.

Reply to Google tells employees more of them will be at risk for low performance ratings next year by Sorin61
Could always save a ton of cash if they would stop paying millions to CEOs and executives and giving them golden parachutes when they fail. I have yet to see upper management come close to acheiving what they expect of people doing the actual work. Most if not all would fall into the substandard performance category on the performance review.

Reply to How do you know when to replace or fix a shed? by crabapplesteam
If the foundation, frame and roof are in good shape I would pressure wash the rot and algea off the bottom. Give a really good coat of sealant/paint and then put tin around the bottom 12inches to discourage rodents and trash pandas from getting in. Paint the whole thing, clean off pine needles of the roof and seal/paint the shingles to give it a longer life. A new door is essential as well... i would go with a proper steel clad exterior door. Would take some work but much less than replacing the whole shed. If done right you dont have to worry about major repairs for several years. ,
