I had my 15 mg filled yesterday at Walgreens in Mission Hill. Good luck. Took me a week to find (I was searching out of state for a few days over thanksgiving no luck there either obviously)

McCrea’s caramels made NYTimes list of best gifts, and on the baked good side there’s My Grandma’s coffee cake, Effie’s oatcakes - these are both available in most stores. I’m also a huge fan of sugar baking’s bramble cookies but you have to go to their shop to pick them up
