Scott’s Addition has minimal green space and no trash cans. Shit on the street is obviously unacceptable (it’s also far too common in Manchester) but that area is doomed for dog owners.

Ha! Try biking Park, it’s terrible. Grove gets paid in near west end and fan roads get largely ignored
