They’ll build back better, and my tax dollars better help rebuild because we’ve already spent billions sending weapons, I’d like to see us help fund Ukraines reconstruction as well.

Exactly. This is good but not the end. It would take many good rains over many seasons to get all of California drought free.

I recall it being more about the way the ground retains moisture and how it’s been affected after being dry for so long.

I used fish tape to run a wire across an office building with ceiling tiles, and I ran it over the ceiling tiles.

Well there all kinds of suspension stuff, other wires, ducts and shit up the wire zigged and zagged through because it’s hard to aim those suckers, I probably used 30-40% more wire than needed but it was a fun job nonetheless.
