I like the fact that Kishida goes there before Xi.

You know the worlds fucked if Japan has to meet with the MP of India for security reasons, especially if it haopens to be Modi. Every country in between is at risk due to China. So of course he has to meet with Zelensky to help. If Russia wins, China is next in line.

These carrion jokes seem to be in lately. Some decades ago I happened on two turkey buzzards tearing apart a dead rabbit. They got scared and took off. It was the first I ever saw a vulture flap its wings. They usually float on thermals. Now I wonder if they were looking for a new way to use that joke.

Good thing I read this thread all the way through. Finally something funny. Or maybe a comment on all the other comments.

With zero prejudice against the people, their country, or their culture, I believe they should not be let into the EU. It is not in their interest to ignore the lack of democracy or level of corruption. I've been there twice and found the people wonderful and the country beautiful. But too many countries have already been let in who were not ready, with bad effects on their economies, and the enshrining of values that are not European, not to mention the serious brain drain that resulted. I am fluent in their language and I know they should be considered a part of Europe, but EU membership is another matter. I believe the same for all other countries moving towards membership. Serbia is a special case. Vučić je playing the EU for fools and is not sincere about joining. He just wants the rest of us to play nice with him.

What are you talking about? Of all the jokes about lawyers being all in Hell, this is the first time I've ever heard this particular one.

What do you call a blind fascist? A redundancy. Or a MaGgot. I lived in fascist Spain as a kid. Religion and the church everywhere but it's all just a nationalist symbol. Human life was worthless as if you have no soul. Apologies for the little rant but it's no joke to me when Fox supports Russia.

There are enough Swedes there to qualify for Scandinavia in my book. And enough Uralic speakers in Norway and Sweden.

They blame Ukraine for all the trouble they've had in history so why wouldn't they Poland too. BTW, they do blame you too. I have a friend from Russia. I made the mistake of mentioning Poland some years back. Oh, I forgot this was the joke subreddit. So sorry.
