Don’t knock it until you’ve tried it. I’ve driven a Miata MX-5 and Cayman GTS on the Tail of the Dragon. While the GTS is better it wasn’t by much. For a lot less money you get close to the same ballpark.

The US govt won’t let the big automakers go under. Did you learn anything from the financial crisis of 2008. There tech is catching up and Tesla will go off into the sunset sold off into bankruptcy.

What you want is a Corolla or a Nissan Leaf if you want to go electric

The big automakers will come up with similar tech at a cheaper price. Elon will dump it and focus on Space X. Tesla is doomed, but who knows when it will happen. That being said it’s stupid to short or buy puts on Tesla.
