Sadly I was hit by a large truck when I was much younger and my 26 bolts would attract mines but I support our great troops. Retired now from being a County PC tech.

My wife came from Compton. She joined the army went to Europe, they taught her to be a LVN then after she was out she got her RN. Our mixed marriage is solid. What I'm saying is you can change your destiny. You don't have to stay poor. My daughter is military. Son was. Best Wishes

I agree but in fairness, many Russians hate Putin. If they support him, have at it.

In a ICE expanding heated gas from combustion is converted to mechanical energy but waste heat is inefficiency. More direct heat to energy would be a steam engine which is external combustion although steam is released which is a waste heat.

Why not. In a ICE you can recover some wasted heat with a turbocharger. How do you recover wasted heat with a CPU? In fact you have to use more energy to cool it.

Also has to do with efficiency. Die size shrinks generally help efficiency. Heat is wasted energy. Optimized in a perfect scenario it would minimally heat.

While I applaud the use of new substances to absorb and filter out forever chemicals, they do not break them down. They remain for disposal. It's a very good step but not the same as biodegradable. We must keep up the fight to get companies to stop using them in the first place.
