They are an horrible company. Once I got 5-6 messages from them at the same time about being charged for some reason.

I called them and they had absolutaley no idea that happened. With tmobile representetive on the call, I called my bank and they actually confirmed that I was charged more than once at the same time. I had to dispute it via my credit card since tmobile didnt know they actually charged me.

Their engineers probably fucked up something and who knows how many people were affected.
