Borealis. You'll want their Three Phase Espresso.

edit: All their coffees are good. You can have any one of them ground to espresso grind and make espresso with them.

I have no heat. Furnace is getting replaced next week. I do have a small space heater that can heat one room if needed. I've used it maybe 5 or 6 times just enough to take the chill off the room. House is an icebox otherwise.

Coffee Exchange on Wickenden St. They just reopened their indoor space. One of the best places for coffee in the state. I'd call ahead to see about their wifi. It has been a while since I've gone there.

Borealis in East Providence would be my first recommendation but it's about 10/15 minutes drive from Providence. Excellent coffee and they serve food too. Definitely have wifi and plenty of space to work.

It really is pretty great. I only have minor anxiety about it these day but once I'm in the chair it's all good. I go for cleanings every 3 months or so. I get the same hygienist each visit and she's great. I'm deaf (wear hearing aids) and she makes sure I understand everything during the visit. It really helps ease my anxieties over it. Been going there 4 years now.

Perfect Smiles in Seekonk. They are awesome. I had severe anxiety about getting my teeth taken care of after many many years of neglect but they have been just great. Free nitrous if you request it. You can watch TV while in the heated massage chair while they work on you. It is awesome. haha I had a ton of work done and only one more procedure left to do. The only time I felt any kind of pain was the day after an extraction. Didn't feel any pain with the crowns/onlays I had done.

Downtown Providence:

Cellar Stories for used books, magazines, ephemera. Could spend hours in here.

Symposium for new and used.

East Side:

Books on the Square is good for new. I think they also have some used books.

Paper Nautilus for used books.

Twenty Stories for new contemporary books. Get a book then go next door to Aleppo Sweets.
