I live right outside of Bowers. I was here 2 years ago and it really wasn't worth the extra money, IMO.

By law your parents can opt you out.
Title 22 Chapter 4, section 4.4 (d)(4)
School entities shall adopt policies to assure that parents or guardians have the following: ..
(4) The right to review a State assessment in the school entity during convenient hours for parents and guardians, at least 2 weeks prior to their administration, to determine whether a State assessment conflicts with their religious belief. To protect the validity and integrity of the State assessments, each school entity shall have in place procedures to be followed when parents or guardians request to view any State assessment. Procedures must be consistent with guidance provided by the Department in its assessment administration instructions. If upon inspection of a State assessment parents or guardians find the assessment to be in conflict with their religious belief and wish their students to be excused from the assessment, the right of the parents or guardians will not be denied upon written request that states the objection to the applicable school district superintendent, charter school chief executive officer or AVTS director.

How do they run out of paper? They should have enough that IF they had a 100% voter turnout in the respective precinct everyone would have their own paper.

Facts are not your friend are they, buckwheat?
Pa Senate voted 35 to 14. 28 Republicans and 7 Democrats voted Yes. 14 Democrats voted no and not a single Republican voted No.
Pa House voted 138 to 61. 105 Republicans and 33 Democrats voted Yes. 59 Democrats and 2 Republicans voted no.
Overwhelming passed by Republicans

You can sign in, but you also have to hope they don't compare signatures, the person you are trying to vote for already voted by mail or a number of other possibilities that would simply catch them.

Grand Canyon of PA. It'll be a perfect fall foliage. I recommend staying at Penn Wells Hotel in Wellsboro.
