I think they were expecting this to happen, so Glitter adjusted before the news broke

Once I realized only big corporations could afford parking lots, I became bitter and radicalized on walkable cities.

Buy a lightly used car. No reason to buy new these days. Most people are trying to get rid of the shiny new car they paid too much for.

Imagine living in South Philly, and the coffee you decide to get is Dunkin Donuts. Gross.

If South St had hundreds of pedestrians on its streets and sidewalks, I don't think the ATVs would continue going down that stretch. Sure, I've seen ATVs ride on the sidewalks, but the majority are on the street.

Pedestrianize South St., especially the East side. You can't have loud cars or ATVs if South St. is only open to pedestrians.

I'd install speed bumps, bollards, and plastic flex posts.

Anyone know why certain streeteries like Bing Bing Dim Sum are still up?

Smallest bagels in South Philly. Their bagels are so small I'm always tempted to order a second, but that'd cost me $20.

Amish. There's a place called Creative Dinettes in South Jersey that does a really great job and contracts with the Amish. Free delivery, custom-made pieces, good prices.

Once Pennsport, Passyunk, and LoMo get too expensive for yuppies. It's already happening -- I couldn't find another place to rent in Passyunk within my budget even though I loved the area, so I moved to Point Breeze.

Did the same thing recently. Noticed my kitchen sink would pour dishwasher water while it was running. A plumber was able to fix it for less than $200.
