No, Target only carries their own brands of shoes for the most part. (I think there are some exceptions for kids shoes?)

I have a pair of docs I bought around 2010, made in China. They are still in great shape after ~13 years of regular wear.
That said, the soles are really different from these, and IMO they don't have the grip they used to in the 90s. I definitely wouldn't wear them for outdoorsy type pursuits nowadays, they're for fashion only.

I love my Land's End sail rigger oxford cloth button downs. You can dress them up or down, they look great with everything, they're high quality, affordable, and the slightly heavier fabric makes them a little more hard wearing than the average dress shirt.

I've had my aeropress for longer than you've had this. Shit, I think most people could keep a drip coffee maker going for longer.
I've had a glass french press for about 12 years now that has never broken. It is possible to break them, of course, but if it's happening a lot, you may want to look at how rough you are with glass things vs. some flaw in the design of a glass french press.
