I don't think movies are stuck at 24fps. It's not that big of a deal to shoot 60fps from cinema cameras or even mirrorless cameras. Everyone has their own opinion but 60fps looks like you're watching real life.

I think 24fps looks bigger than real life and also covers up a lot if bad effects and acting.

I've been rocking a "global malaga" for the past 20 years. Other than replacing the padded arms once this chair is still awesome.

It's not a mesh back but thus is the most comfortable office chair I've ever bought.

Assuming the quality hasn't slipped its a steal at $800.
