There's a lower observation deck and we didn't see anything on how to get to the base. I'm sure there's gotta be a way down there. Could see some signs along the shore down there as you would be approaching the fall
Couple years ago we went to some ghost towns with Molson being one of them and my goodness the amount of rattlesnakes we saw in the road, side of the road...never thought I'd see that near the North border
